  • Happy with my purchases

For the most part, I am absolutely happy with my purchases. I am not a jeweler, nor gemologist, so I don't pretend to know anything about the quality of the gemstones. I just know that I love them. They are pretty and affordable. I have had only two issues in the 2 years that I have been buying from Rocks TV (that is what I watch in the U.S.). I tried 2 times to buy aquamarine. While the rings looked beautiful on TV, when they arrived I could not tell they were aquamarine. They looked like Topaz. There was no color. I know aquamarine is pale, but really there was no blue at all. So I... More...

  • New Rings From Gems TV

I am female and 27 and always review search sites before buying online. Gems TV seem to have a mix of reviews. Mine is positive. I was a first time buyer and went for 2 rings, both silver rings, one set with peridot and one set with sapphire. I love both. Fantastic for the price I paid for them (£20 and £15 both on clearance). If you're looking for perfect clarity, perfect faceting and perfect shape for £20 then your expectations are ridiculous. I have one £750 sapphire ring I received from a great aunt upon her passing and if I compare that to the £20... More...

  • Only 1 complaint

I have purchased rings, earrings, chains, and a brooch and I have only had 1 complaint. It was a pair of earrings that were supposed to be white topaz drop earrings. When the earrings arrived they looked like they needed a thorough cleaning! There was a pasty-looking film on top of all the stones making them look like they were fake. I took the cleaning cloth that came with my order and that didn't help so I used a toothbrush and that helped some. After all of my efforts, my 30 days were up so I had to keep them but I have sent other items back, not so much because of buyers... More...

  • Return status in writing

I was a bit worried at first from reading some of these reviews. So I was surprised that I did in fact receive 2 return confirmations for the two items I needed to return (my fiancé had different plans). The return confirmations were itemized & thoroughly detailed to the last cent. So far I am happy with that. I will post another review once the money actually hits my account. I have ordered 3 more additional items that I am very pleased with as well. I've been purchasing with them for 2 months & so far, so good :-). I will keep u all posted. ~Ki Love More...

  • good value great price

I have made 3 purchases and have been pleased with all items. Just be aware the 3 day shipping is more like a week to allow for thier processing time. They had a special add on for silver necklace and pendant for $3 the only issue I had was that the necklace chain was so tangled it was a good thing I had patience. Also the small polishing cloths i got with the silver jewlery was a nice bonus and works great to shine up even my older pieces. More...

  • WebPricesLower!!

I have noticed now the items that are on the web page are lower than during the presentation...I purchased a ring just a week ago at $49 and I thought I would look on the web to see if they had the same one for a friend- I purchased THAT one for $32! This also happened with another ring-I purchased it for $188 and the web had it for $132- I will say the web doesn't always have what you see in the presentations..... but keep your eye out. I have also returned a few things and I got my money back right away. I will still buy from gemstv but I will definitely do my homework first. More...

  • These other posts aren't being Fair & Honest

I've shopped with many of the TV gemstone networks: JTV, QVC, The Jewelry Channel, and GemsTV. After reading the reviews that are posted here, I can only think that most of these comments must have been made by complete morons! GemsTV is totally upfront with ALL of their policies. They make it crystal clear not to remove the tag if you are considering returning it. They even make the tag out of thick, stretchy plastic so that the only way it can come off is if you purposely CUT the tag off. To me, these reviews sound like whiney little idiots who couldn't follow... More...
